Tom Smith

Tom Smith is a Global Digital Health leader who works with Payors, Providers and Solutions and Services organizations as a trusted advisor, growth and value creator.

Tom Smith has over 15 years’ Global experience in Digital Healthcare and Medtech. Holding leadership positions for large Multinational corporations such as IBM, Lexmark, Fujifilm and GlaxoSmithKline delivering growth against strategic imperatives.

Tom Smith is a certified Agile and Designing Thinking coach and holds multiple leadership accreditations and is a mentor at the Crick Institute’s KQ accelerator programme in London.

Dr Ilian Iliev

Dr. Ilian Iliev is CEO of NetScientific and Managing Director of EMV Capital. NetScientific plc (AIM: NSCI) is an investment and commercialization group with an international portfolio of innovative life science, sustainability and technology companies.

Prior to that he co-founded and was CEO of CambridgeIP Ltd (2006-2012), which he built into a leading IP and patent strategy and data analytics provider in the UK and internationally.

Ilian holds a PhD from Cambridge University’s Judge Business School with a focus on Venture Capital. He has authored numerous academic, policy and industry reports.

Dr Felix Agakov

Dr Felix Agakov (PhD, MSc) is an entrepreneur and an expert in machine learning (ML) for digital health and precision medicine. He earned his PhD in machine learning from the University of Edinburgh, UK, focusing on inference and learning in large-scale stochastic systems.

He has over 15 years of experience in
applying AI/ML to industrial applications, including over twelve years in applying AI/ML to health and life sciences.

He has worked extensively on combining data-driven learning with evidence-based biomedical models for
improving prediction, prevention, and management of long-term conditions in collaborations with big pharmaceutical, life technology, and digital health
companies.

Dr Rama Aysola

Rama is an Internal Medicine trained doctor with over 7 years experience in the RPM industry. Based in Los Angeles, Rama has extensive experience in clinical operations and administration across various ambulatory specialties. Rama began his medical career after graduating from St. George’s School of Medicine and residency at Lincoln Hospital in New York. He loves working with Physicians and has deep understanding of the US RPM market.

Andrew McIntosh

Andrew McIntosh manages Wanda Health’s product strategy. He has over 20 years experience in the telehealth industry developing successful world class remote patient monitoring solutions.

Formerly Head of Product at Tunstall Americas and Telehealth Product Manager at Tunstall Healthcare UK, Andrew has a degree in Electronic Communication and is a member of the BCS Chartered Institute of IT.

Kevin Dean

Kevin Dean is an engineer with 30+ years of experience in technology, information systems and informatics innovation. He is the Managing Director of Health Tech consultancy Smart Health Science Limited, working with innovators and venture funders to bring health technology and services to the market.

The Health Services Journal named Kevin, in 2013, as one of the Top 50 Innovators in Healthcare.

Dr Helen Davies

Dr Helen Davies has been a GP in the NHS for over 30 years, and has had an interest throughout her career in training and service development. Her leadership and board level experience includes Calderdale Cares Partnership ICB, where she is the clinical lead for Community Integration and Population Health Management and Digital. Dr Davies was also a Population Health Management facilitator on the NHS England Place Based Development Programme.
